Restraining techniques, disarming, lock flow & takedowns Saturday Sept. 13, 2008: 8:00am – 9:00am - Sign Release, 2-stick warm-ups, sinawali, disarms. 9:00am - 10:30am – Single Stick drills & counters 10:30am – 10:45am - Break 10:45am – 12:00pm - Empty Hand Drills, Hubad lubad, lock flow, panatukan drills, sikaran drills 12:00am-1:00pm – Lunch/Shopping/Break 1:00pm-2:00pm- Overview of DM Sumbrada, DM Numerada, DM Lock n’ Block 2:00pm-3:25pm- Overview of "Lagina Arnis Federation Moro-Moro 1-15", Pekiti-Tirsia’s 64 Attacks, DM Seguidas 3:25-3:40pm – Break 3:40pm-5:40pm – Takedowns, Sambuts, Guntings, Defensive moves, Silat Entries, etc…. 5:40pm-8:15pm – @78 N. Liberty Street, Demetrio’s Home Dinner/BBQ Mix of Mexican, Filipino & Thai cuisines. Pitch in $10- $20 at least cover 3-meals. 8:15pm – 10pm – Night games, Big Screen Martial Arts videos and Movics Sunday Sept. 14, 2008: 7:30am – 11am – Breakfast @ 78 N. Liberty St. . Liberty St. 1:45 pm – 6pm – Review basics, 64 Attacks, Serrada Counters, DM Eskala Basics, Stick Dummy, Knife driils, Dos Manos, etc… |
